Record the context
Include the game build, system details, whether you were hosting or joining, the action you attempted, the expected result and what actually happened. Copy visible error text exactly.
Reduce the steps
Try to identify the smallest sequence that reproduces the issue. Record how often it happens and whether it persists after a normal restart. Keep backups before investigating anything that could affect a save.
Use official support channels
The Steam page identifies the developer’s community as a feedback channel. Follow links from the current official store page. Never include passwords, tokens or unrelated personal information in a public report.
